Terms and Conditions

1. Payment: All payments must be made in full before the start of the training program. Once registration has been received, an invoice will be issued.
2. Cancellation: If a participant wishes to cancel their registration for the training program, they must provide written notice at least 14 days before the start of the program. If a cancellation notice is received less than 14 days before the start of the program, a cancellation fee will be payable.
3. Rescheduling: If a participant needs to reschedule their training program, they must provide written notice at least 14 days before the start of the program. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees.
4. Attendance: Participants are expected to attend all sessions of the training program to receive a certificate of completion. If a participant misses any sessions, they may be required to make up for the missed sessions at an additional cost.
5. Intellectual Property: All materials and content provided during the training program are the property of the training business and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
6. Liability: The training business is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during the training program. Participants assume all responsibility for their safety and well-being.
7. Termination: The training business reserves the right to terminate a participant's registration if they fail to comply with these terms and conditions or engage in disruptive behaviour during the training program. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The training business reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants in writing.

By registering for the training program, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
